Stag's Leap Wine Cellars 'Karia' Chardonnay

This is a graceful Chardonnay with aromas of citrus and subtle tropical fruit notes along with apricot, toasted almonds and orange blossom. Medium to full-bodied, the wine has a silky texture and refreshing and flavorful finish with a touch of minerality.

Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne Brut Reserve

Réserve Exclusive Brut is an iconic champagne that perfectly encapsulates Nicolas Feuillatte house style.

A harmonious blend of 20% chardonnay imparting elegance and finesse, 40% pinot noir for roundness and structure and 40% meunier for fruitiness and soft, supple character.

 Stag's Leap Wine Cellars ARTEMIS Cabernet Sauvignon

ARTEMIS Cabernet Sauvignon delivers expressive aromas of ripe raspberry, dark cherry and blackberry along with hints of cedar and spice. The mid-palate is pleasant and round with flavors of dark chocolate, plum, dried fruit and toasted oak. The finish is rich and lingering.

Blend: 98% Cabernet Sauvignon, 1% Petit Verdot, 1% Malbec
Aging: The wine was aged for 15 months in 40% new oak (35% new French Oak; 5% new American Oak) with the balance in older oak barrels.
Alcohol: 14.5%

Chateau Ste Michelle

Celebrating more than 50 years of winemaking. Since then, we have combined Old World winemaking traditions with New World innovation. In fact, Chateau Ste. Michelle is one of the few premium wineries in the world with two state-of-the-art wineries, one for red and one for white. The whites are made at the Chateau in Woodinville, WA, while the reds are made at our Canoe Ridge Estate winery in Eastern Washington.

2019 Horse Heaven Hills Sauvignon Blanc

Horse Heaven Vineyard’s southern-facing slopes are warmed by the sun and swept with steady winds from the Columbia River. This combination adds character to our Sauvignon Blanc which is aromatic with the scent of ripe pear and honeysuckle, bright with grapefruit flavor and crisply textured.

Aging: Sur lie aged for four months
Alcohol: 12.5%
TA: 0.68 g/100 mL
F: 72% stainless steel, 28% barrel


2018 Canoe Ridge Estate Chardonnay

“The Canoe Ridge Estate Chardonnay is refined and elegant and offers apple and citrus aromas with a clean, refreshing finish. We age the wine in lighter French oak barrels to maintain the fresh, elegant style of this Chardonnay.” - Bob Bertheau

100% Chardonnay
Aging: Aged in 21% new French oak barrels, 41% 1-year-old French oak barrels and the balance in neutral oak. 100% aged sur lie for 10 months.
Alcohol: 14.5%
TA: 0.56 g/100mL
F: Underwent malolactic fermentation for added softness, balance and depth.


2018 Cold Creek Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Planted in the 1970s, Cold Creek is one of Washington's oldest and most acclaimed vineyards. Character builds season after season in the growth rings of the old woody vines. This Cabernet has broad-shouldered structure, concentrated fruit characters and deep color.

100% Cold Creek Cabernet Sauvignon
Alcohol: 14.8%
TA: 0.54 g/100mL
F: Each individual fermentation tank is tasted daily to evaluate the development of the tannins and structure.
