2019 Erath Reserve Collection Pinot Noir
Aromas of red currant and ripe plum are followed by hints of eucalypt, baking spice, and cherrytopped crème brulée. There is a gentle finesse on the palate – notes of dried herbs and toasted almond are met with vibrant acidity and mineral tones that offer length and complexity.
Blend: 100% Pinot Noir
Aging: 15 months in 100% French oak, 33% new

Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne Brut Reserve
Réserve Exclusive Brut is an iconic champagne that perfectly encapsulates Nicolas Feuillatte house style.
A harmonious blend of 20% chardonnay imparting elegance and finesse, 40% pinot noir for roundness and structure and 40% meunier for fruitiness and soft, supple character.

SPring Valley Frederick Red Wine 2017
The 2019 Frederick Red Wine reveals aromas of dried herbs, flowers and tobacco. Flavors of dark fruit are balanced by juicy tannins. The wine finishes with mineral and herbal notes.
Blend: 34% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Merlot, 24% Cabernet Franc, 16% Syrah
Aging: The wine aged for 30 months in French oak, stainless steel and neutral 500 Liter puncheons

Horse Heaven Hills Sauvignon BlanC 2021
Horse Heaven Vineyard’s southern-facing slopes are warmed by the sun and swept with steady winds from the Columbia River. This combination adds character to our Sauvignon Blanc which is aromatic with the scent of ripe pear and honeysuckle, bright with grapefruit flavor and crisply textured.

Cold Creek Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2020
Planted in the 1970s, Cold Creek is one of Washington's oldest and most acclaimed vineyards. Character builds season after season in the growth rings of the old woody vines. This Cabernet has broad-shouldered structure, concentrated fruit characters and deep color.
100% Cold Creek Cabernet Sauvignon

F: Each individual fermentation tank is tasted daily to evaluate the development of the tannins and structure.
Liquid Light Rosé
A Rosé made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah fermented in stainless-steel to preserve the natural acidity and fresh fruit flavors. This wine features notes of pink grapefruit, wild strawberry, hints of Bing cherry, and rhubarb pie.

Liquid Light Chardonnay 2022
A combination of oak and stainless-steel fermentation delivers the classic bright flavors of Washington State with the palate weight of a barrel fermented Chardonnay. Bright and lightly oaked it features notes of melon, Asian pear and star fruit, with hints of citrus zest and marzipan.

Chateau Ste Michelle- Aluminum CANS
Celebrating more than 50 years of winemaking. Since then, we have combined Old World winemaking traditions with New World innovation. In fact, Chateau Ste. Michelle is one of the few premium wineries in the world with two state-of-the-art wineries, one for red and one for white. The whites are made at the Chateau in Woodinville, WA, while the reds are made at our Canoe Ridge Estate winery in Eastern Washington.

This fresh and lively wine reveals aroma of white stone fruits and citrus, complemented by light floral notes. Flavors of pear, melon and lemon zest are balanced by crisp acidity, ending with a vibrant finish.
