Set on August 7-9, 2020, the festival presents a well-rounded, diverse mix of live jazz, funk, soul, and gospel performances featuring The Beach Boys, Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Bamako to Birmingham - Amadou & Mariam with The Blind Boys of Alabama, The Budos Band, The Hot Sardines, Poncho Sanchez and many more. Early Bird Patron Passes for the 2020 Telluride Jazz Festival will go on sale Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at 10:00 am (MT). These passes will sell out. With a $200 savings on the regular-priced Patron Experience Pass, Early Bird Passes offer the highest value of all festival passes and are only available in extremely limited quantities. In addition, a portion of the ticket cost, $200, benefits the Telluride Society for Jazz and can be deducted on income taxes as a charitable contribution.

Victor Wooten Masterclass - "Music of Nature and the Nature of Music"

Join legendary bassist Victor Wooten on Friday, August 9th from 12:00 – 2:00 pm for a nature walk to the scenic Lower Bear Creek Waterfall (located near town park), followed by a short walk up the river trail (the walk is on relatively flat ground) to the Sheridan Opera House where Wooten will lead a Masterclass.
